Yes. It is well below high pressure systems, so it does not spread soil and aerosols the way 80 to 150 bar does.
Six sizes. More force.
Built like the 27 bar range, with pumps sized for 40 bar at the cleaning point.

When to choose 40 bar
When 27 bar is not enough.
More force and more reach, and still low pressure.
Baked-on soil
Ovens, smokehouses and fryers leave soil that needs more force to lift.
Long hoses, high ceilings
Pressure is lost on the way. 40 bar keeps the reach where 27 bar falls short.
Still low pressure
Well below high pressure, so soil and aerosols are not spread around the room.
Can I mix 27 bar and 40 bar in one plant?
Yes, on separate pipes. Many plants use 40 bar in the cooking area and 27 bar everywhere else.
Do I need different Satellites?
The Satellites must be rated for 40 bar. We specify the right ones with the Booster.
What water supply does it need?
Ordinary tap water. If the mains cannot keep up, a pre-pressure Booster raises the inlet pressure.
Not sure which size?
Let's size it together.
