Yes. The nozzle does the work, and it is the same nozzle. The difference is how many people can clean at once, and how far the water has to travel.
No pipes.
No fixed points.
A mobile unit brings pressure, chemical and air to wherever the work is. Move it in, clean, roll it out.
Everything on board
Pump, dosing and controls in one frame on wheels. Available with a built-in compressor, so water and power is all the unit needs.
Clean anywhere
Workshops, loading bays and seasonal lines, anywhere fixed pipework does not pay off.
One handle
Rinse, foam and disinfect from the same outlet, exactly as on the stationary stations.
Two ways to go mobile.
A mobile unit either connects to a system you already have, or brings its own pump. The difference decides what it needs on site.
Mobile Satellite.
A Satellite on wheels. It takes pressurised water from a Main Station or Booster and doses its own chemical at the point of work.
Needs an existing system
Mobile Unit.
A complete unit with its own pump. Connect water and power, and it runs on its own anywhere in the plant.
Works on its own
The cleaning routine.
The same four steps on every shift, on one handle. Once or twice a week, an acid wash is added.
Pre-rinse
The first rinse removes all visible soil and prepares the surfaces for the next cleaning steps.
Water only
Foam
Foam is applied from the bottom up and clings to the surface, also on vertical equipment.
Chemical 1
Dwell
The foam is left to work for a few minutes. No scrubbing, no high pressure.
5 to 15 minutes
Rinse and disinfect
A final rinse, and disinfection where the process requires it.
Chemical 2 or 3
Acid wash
An acid foam replaces the alkaline one. It dissolves the limescale and mineral film that daily cleaning leaves behind, so surfaces stay smooth and easy to clean.
Products for mobile cleaning.
Three product groups cover mobile cleaning, from a Satellite on wheels to a standalone 45 bar station.
Mobile Satellites
Every Satellite in the range, mounted on a trolley and supplied by your existing system.
Mobile Units, 27 bar
MO 0127 and MO 0227 with their own pump, for one or two simultaneous users.
Service that
keeps you running.
Our equipment is built to be low maintenance and easy to service. The block, the main part of every station, can be swapped in minutes, so cleaning never waits for a repair.

Is mobile cleaning as effective as a stationary system?
When does a mobile unit beat a stationary system?
When the cleaning points move, when the area is too small to justify pipework, or as a supplement that reaches the corners a fixed system does not.
Can I combine mobile and stationary?
Yes, and most plants do. A Mobile Satellite runs off the same Main Station or Booster as the fixed cleaning points.
What does a Mobile Station need on site?
Water and power. Nothing else. The chemicals travel with the unit, and the pump is built in.
