Stationary
cleaning.

Fixed cleaning points throughout the plant, supplied from one system. Rinse, foam and disinfect with one handle, at low pressure.

One system.
Every cleaning point.

A Main Station or Booster supplies pressurised water through fixed pipes. Satellites put the cleaning point where the work is.

Main Station in production

Pressure from one place

A Main Station or Booster raises the pressure once, and the whole plant is supplied from it.

Operator at a Satellite

Cleaning points where the work is

Fixed pipes run out to Satellites, so nobody drags equipment across the hall.

Foam on production equipment

Rinse, foam, disinfect

One handle covers the whole routine, with the chemicals dosed correctly every time.

Three ways to build a system.

A Foamico system has two parts: a central unit that delivers pressurised water, and the Satellites where the cleaning happens. How you combine them depends on the size of the production and on how you want to handle chemical.

Main Station with Satellites.

One central unit with a pump supplies pressurised water to the Satellites. Chemical is dosed locally at each Satellite.

Up to 9 simultaneous users

Booster with Satellites.

At larger scale the Booster is the pressure source, and each Satellite doses its own chemical.

Up to 36 simultaneous users

Pre-diluted system.

The chemical is mixed once in a Mixing Station, which can sit in a plant room, so no chemical is present in production.

Up to 25 simultaneous users

The cleaning routine.

The same four steps every shift, on one handle. The station takes care of pressure, dosing and air.

Pre-rinse

Loose soil is rinsed off with water at low pressure, so the chemicals work on what is left.

Water only

Foam

Foam is applied from the bottom up and clings to the surface, also on vertical equipment.

Chemical 1

Dwell

The foam is left to work for a few minutes. No scrubbing, no high pressure.

5 to 15 minutes

Rinse and disinfect

A final rinse, and disinfection where the process requires it.

Chemical 2 or 3

Acid wash

An acid foam replaces the alkaline one. It dissolves the limescale and mineral film that daily cleaning leaves behind, so surfaces stay smooth and easy to clean.

1–2×per week

Products for stationary cleaning.

Four product groups make up a stationary system. Accessories and automatic systems build on the same platform.

Main Stations

Wall-mounted stations with a built-in pump that supply themselves and connected Satellites.

Fixed cleaning points, supplied with water and chemicals from a central Main Station or Booster through permanent pipes. The operator connects a hose at the nearest Satellite instead of moving equipment around the plant.

A mobile unit is rolled to the job and serves one operator at a time. A stationary system is built into the plant, so the cleaning points are always ready, several people can work at once, and nothing has to be carried or stored between shifts.

A Main Station supplies up to nine simultaneous users through connected Satellites. Where more capacity is needed, a Booster takes over and supplies up to 36 users from the same pipework.

Water, power and a place for the chemicals, plus fixed piping out to the cleaning points. Satellites need pressurised water and, depending on the model, 5 to 10 bar compressed air. We map it with you before anything is ordered.
