The challenge

Clean, without damaging the line.

Cavi.art has grown steadily since 1988, and its production must meet the regulations of the food industry. The team needed a cleaning system that was simple and reliable.

The line cannot take much pressure, as it can damage the surfaces, and the humidity can leave residue. Central systems, boosted systems, with and without air: everything was on the table.

The result

Six units and growing.

Foamico supplied an extended hose, so the team could reach every corner, and the foam did the rest.

Cavi.art now runs six Foamico units and keeps adding more as production grows.
